Regulations

a. Vendors may only sell authorized merchandise by the show producer to include: Coins, Fine Jewelry, graded and high quality collectibles, no plush or broken items, NO flea market items, NO fake or replica coins, bars or metals, all collectibles will be clean, like new condition, pokemon cards: new in packages or new in boxes, graded, pokemon cards and baseball cards new in box or graded, official, authorized and US based and widely accepted grading companies only. Examples include: PCGS, NGC, ANACS, PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator), BGS (Beckett Grading Services), CGC Cards (Certified Guaranty Company), SGC (Sportscard Guaranty Corporation),TAG (Technical Authentication & Grading). NO raw collectible cards of any kind will be permitted in the show on tables. Any unauthorizedmerchandise will be pulled upon inspection and failure to do so in a timely manner will be removal from the show

b. NO sub-leasing of space and or tables to those not listed on the original vendor application. Subleasing if your booth space is subject to being restricted from further shows. If no record of the vendor is found during the show, the vendor must remove their items and vacate the show floor. Vendors are required to wear their show/vendor badges during show hours and when entering areas to set up booth and during tear down of booths. Vendors must show their valid, state issued identification to show promoters and show staff upon entry and when asked to provide valid ID. 

Security: All persons and bags are subject to screening 

  • Weapons: Firearms, knives, chemical agents (mace/pepper spray), and stun guns are prohibited. 

  • Prohibited Items: Air horns, laser pointers, drones, large banners, and selfie sticks are banned. 

  • Pets: No domestic pets are allowed, only service animals. 

  • Mobility Devices: Personal mobility vehicles are restricted to a maximum of 5 mph. 

  • All patrons are subject to wand and bag check screening at entrance gates.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

  • air horns

  • alcohol

  • banners bearing advertisements

  • banners judged to be in poor taste or offensive

  • beach balls

  • firearms

  • fireworks

  • flag poles

  • footballs

  • Frisbee® and other sports discs

  • hover boards

  • laser pointers

  • professional camera equipment (photography lenses over 3 inches in length)

  • selfie sticks 

  • weapons 

  • whistles 

NO Audio recording allowed on the bourse floor.

NO Video recording allowed on the bourse floor or in common areas.

*Violations of the dress code or code of conduct can result in immediate removal from the show without a refund, and can result in being banned from all future shows. 

Dress Code

  Vendors and Attendees are required to maintain a standard of attire and conduct for a professional and family-friendly event. 

Attendees must wear shirts and shoes, professional dress shoes; cowboy boots are encouraged but not mandatory. Inappropriate, offensive, or overly revealing outfits may lead to removal without a refund.

Key Dress Code Requirements & Guidelines

  • No Excessively Revealing Clothing: NO Outfits deemed too revealing—such as those showing excessive skin are permitted. NO Visible undergarments showing or revealing underwear for men and women, no tube tops, or showing bra or bra straps openly. You and your entire party will be asked to leave and escorted off the show premises. All are prohibited to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere.

  • Prohibited Items: NO Clothing with obscene or distracting language or graphics, tie-dye, torn, ripped, or apparel associated with criminal street gangs, are forbidden. NO MASKS due to security concerns. Masks of any kind are forbidden, and you will be asked to leave the bourse floor and parking lot. All are prohibited to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere.

  • NO Torn Clothing: Excessively torn or ripped clothing is not allowed.

  • NO dirty clothing or dirty shoes allowed.

  • NO Excessive tattoos: NO tattooed arm or leg sleeves to be seen openly on the bourse floor. Wear: high-neck collars and sleeves to cover them, or wear long-sleeved shirts or long pants on the bourse floor.

  • Enforcement: Security personnel may ask attendees to cover up their excessive skin or leave the venue if they violate the policy. 

  • All are prohibited to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere.

 

What to Wear (Recommended)

  • Professional and casual clothing and attire are recommended. Slacks, clean, new-looking jeans without holes and or tears in a solid color. Shirts with a collar are recommended.

  • Casual Comfort: Casual clothing is acceptable, provided it is not revealing or offensive.

  • Versatile, Professional Clothing Layers: Due to unpredictable March weather and air-conditioned venues, layering with professional-type jackets, sports coats, or suit jackets is recommended.
